Syntura successfully delivered a 12-month HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Client Management Systems (CMS) and Award Interpreter Project for integratedliving, Using a legacy CMS a new Award Interpreter (TRACCS) and Technology One. The project delivered all the expected outcomes with all pays (12 EBAs and Awards) completed successfully on the first live pay run.
This project also delivered a significant change to all 1300 staff, impacting day to day leave management, scheduling, timesheets and competencies and certifications. The project also created an automated Client Billing system using workflows and interfaces between the CMS and the Technology One finance system to remove manual processes and comply with Government mandated payment and client statement changes.
