Syntura Director Tony Clifford working with the Xstrata Qld Ltd ICT and Business Stakeholders performed the review of the current ICT Sourcing arrangements, managed an outsourcing tender process and project managed the Transition to the new outsourced ICT environment.
The Project improved service levels, while reducing the overall cost of the service. The project was undertaken in 11 months (Review, Tender & Transition processes) and delivered on time (met existing contract end date) and 20% under budget.
The Xstrata Sponsor congratulated Tony Clifford & Syntura for a “Seamless transition” that exceeded expectations and had no negative impact on ICT users.
