• Managed a project portfolio for SPARQ Solutions with an annual program of work of $10M and a resource revenue stream of $8M. This included managing streams on flagship high Priority projects including:
  • ENERGEX Full Retail Contestability (FRC)
  • ENERGEX Retail Sales – IT Separation
  • Field Force Automation (FFA)
  • Guaranteed Service Levels (GSL) for ENERGEX and Ergon Energy
  • Ergon Energy 6 into 1 Consolidation
